This section answers your queries regarding buying our products from our online store.
 
  • How can I inquire about the status of my order?
    You can track your order by logging into your account at www.store.indfrag.com and click on "Your Account".
  • How long does it take for my order to reach?
    Depending on your location, the order will take from 3 to 7 days to be delivered.
  • How many bottles can I order at a time?
    You can order a maximum of 10 bottles on the site. In case you want to order more, please use the bulk orders section to place your order by email.
  • Is my credit card secure when I use it on your web site?
    You need to enter your credit card information only on the SSL secured website of PayPal.com which is one of the largest and most secure online payment sites on the Internet. Your information is secure!
  • What are the available payment options?
    You can make payment online using a valid credit card. If you have a PayPal account, you can also pay using this account.
  • If I don't want to order online, can I also place an order over the phone?
    Please email us at shop@indfrag.com and we will provide further information on how to place your order.
  • How does the online payment system work?
    The credit card information you enter into the form at PayPal.com will be directly authorized by your bank or credit card company. Once we receive their authorization, your order will be finalized. You will know right away if your credit card was accepted.
  • What are the reasons my credit card might be refused?
    Banks and credit card companies refuse authorization of credit cards for a number of reasons, including:
    • The credit card number entered is not a valid number (often the result of a typo).
    • The credit card does not have enough credit balance left to pay for the order.
    • The billing address entered in the order form does not exactly match the address in your credit card statement (also sometimes the result of a typo).
    • The expiration date of the credit card is not entered correctly (also sometimes the result of a typo).
  • What type of credit cards do you accept?
    We accept all major credit cards.
  • What is the difference between Billing Address and Shipping Address?
    Billing Address is the address where a customer gets his bills from the credit card company. Shipping address is the address where the customer wants to receive their shipment.
  • How can I open an account with Indfrag.com?
    After you add the items to your shopping cart, you can create your own account (using your email id and password) and can then use the same account for future purchases.
  • Where do you deliver?
    Indfrag products can be delivered anywhere where DHL has a delivery service. We are using DHL as they are one of the largest courier companies in the world.
  • How do I correct my Billing and Shipping address information?
    Simply go to Your Account and click on Edit Personal Information, then make the necessary changes.
  • How long will it take for you to respond to queries?
    We respond to queries within 72 business hours. Please know that only actual business hours of operation apply to our response time. For instance, if you send in a query to us on Friday evening at 7.p.m., our response time to you could take up to 72 business hours, which means you will receive a reply by the following Wednesday. In most cases, your response will come sooner, though.
  • What do I do if I forget my Password?
    Click on the 'Forgot Password' on the Log In page, and your password will be sent to your email address.
  • How can I change the details of My Order?
    Sorry, you cannot make changes to your order once it is submitted. Please make sure all the information entered is correct before you hit "Buy Now" on the Order Confirmation page.
  • How can I cancel my order?
    All cancellations will only be considered if the request is made before the order is shipped out. For canceling your order, please get in touch with our customer service at shop@indfrag.com.
  • What should I do if I need an item that is not listed on the website?
    Please send an email to shop@indfrag.com with your request.
  • What happens if my order is lost in transit?
    If a shipment is lost in transit, we wait for 15 days and then reprocess/reship the order.
  • How can I be sure that you have correctly registered the order placed?
    You can log into Your Account and view your order details.
  • How do I check the current status of my order?
    When you place an order with us, you can provide your email id and create a password during the ordering process. You can use the same to log in to your account to check your order status.
  • How do I contact you regarding my order?
    To contact us, please visit www.indfrag.com and go to the "Contact Us" page or email us at shop@indfrag.com.
  • What are the Shipping costs for your products?
    You will be able to view the total cost of your order when you reach the final invoice page while placing the order before you submit your credit card information. Our Shipping Charges vary from $30 to $38 per order for up to 5 bottles, depending on where you are located. For 6 to 10 bottles per order, the Shipping Charges will vary from $37 to $49 per order.
